OFPSI — Onsite Fire Protection Services International — is based in Plano, Texas, and holds a patented chemical process solving a problem the aviation interiors industry has lived with for decades: individual materials that pass FAR 25.853(d) certification on their own can still fail once they're assembled into a finished interior part. Veneer, adhesive, substrate, topcoat, or hydrographic finish — each can be independently compliant, and the combination still doesn't meet the OSU 65/65 heat release standard.

Our process treats the assembled construction itself, not just its individual components — which is why it works where single-material fixes fall short. The technology was developed and refined by completion-industry insiders who had lived through that exact failure mode firsthand, and it's been in continuous field use ever since across real wood veneer and hydrographic-finished interior applications.

Our AeroProtect line takes the same rigor to a second problem: protecting finished interior surfaces during production. It's now used by manufacturers, completion centers, and airline maintenance facilities alike.
